1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any order you place on it. The website is operated by Sportotex Groups ("Sportotex", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Returns Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.

3. Products and pricing

• We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, sizes and colours accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in measurements can occur.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, or withdraw a product, at any time. The price that applies to you is the one shown when you place your order.
• If we discover a pricing or product-information error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Placing an order and payment

• An order is placed when you complete payment and receive an on-screen confirmation. We may accept or decline any order, for example because of stock, serviceability of your pincode or suspected misuse.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your use of the payment service is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details you give us.
• If an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the amount you paid to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

6. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, is based on your own experience, and does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material. You give us a free, non-exclusive right to display it on this website and in our marketing. We review submissions and may decline to publish, or may remove, any review at our discretion. We do not pay for, or edit the substance of, customer reviews.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Sportotex Groups or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, using it to send spam or unlawful material, or placing orders fraudulently.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportotex Groups is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Third-party services

We rely on third parties such as payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these providers beyond our obligations under applicable law, but we will help you resolve any issue with your order.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under consumer-protection law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
