You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 13 below, though this may limit our ability to respond to an ongoing enquiry or order.
6. How We Store Your Information
Information you submit through our enquiry form is recorded in secure, access-controlled business systems maintained by Sportotex Groups. Where we use third-party service providers to help us operate these systems, such providers are permitted to process your information only as instructed by us, and may maintain their own independent security and compliance standards.
We retain enquiry and order information for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, fulfil any resulting order, meet our accounting and tax obligations under Indian law, and resolve any disputes. Where no order results from an enquiry, we retain the record for a reasonable period thereafter and may delete it sooner on request.

We follow reasonable security practices and procedures, as contemplated under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes restricting access to enquiry data to authorised personnel, using appropriate access controls, and serving this Site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only with:

If you choose to contact us through a third-party messaging or communication platform linked from this Site, that conversation is also subject to that platform's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
9. Cross-Border Data Transfer
As described in Section 6, some information may be processed on servers located outside India by our service providers. Where we transfer personal data outside India, we do so only to the extent permitted under the DPDP Act, 2023 and any rules or government notifications issued under it.
