Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our promise

We want you to be happy with your polo. If something is wrong with your order, tell us and we will make it right under the rules below.

2. Cancellations

• Before dispatch: you can cancel your order at any time before it ships and receive a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID as soon as possible.
• After dispatch: an order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under section 3 once it is delivered.

3. Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

• the product is defective or damaged on arrival;
• you received the wrong item, size or colour; or
• the size does not fit (exchange for another size, subject to availability).

To be eligible, the product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging included. Products with signs of wear, washing, alteration or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.

4. How to request a return or exchange

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 63610 78932) or by email, with your Order ID and your name.
• For a defective, damaged or wrong item, please include clear photos of the product and the packaging.
• We will confirm whether the request is approved and explain how to send the item back. We arrange the pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping when the return is due to our error (defective, damaged or wrong item).

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and check a returned item, or approve a cancellation, we initiate the refund to your original payment method (the card, UPI account or bank account you paid with).
• Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days of being initiated. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.
• If you chose an exchange, we ship the replacement once the returned item has been received and checked.

6. Non-returnable cases

• Products worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
• Products returned after the 7-day window.
• Custom or branded bulk orders made to a buyer's specification, which are governed by the quote agreed for them.
