Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship from and to

Orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We deliver to most pincodes across India through our courier partners. If a pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange a cancellation and refund.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. We email you the courier name and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes a few days depending on your location and the courier. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, local restrictions, public holidays or courier delays outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

Delivery is included in the price shown at checkout for orders within India. The amount you pay at checkout is the total amount, and we do not add shipping at a later stage.

5. Tracking your order

You can follow your parcel at any time using Track Order. Enter the Order ID shown after payment or the tracking number from your shipping email.

6. Delivery attempts and incorrect addresses

• Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. The courier will usually call you before delivery.
• If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because you could not be reached after repeated attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may involve additional courier charges, or a refund as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or does not arrive, contact us right away with your Order ID. Where possible, record a short video while opening the parcel. We will work with the courier to resolve it and, if needed, send a replacement or refund the order.
